Benefitting from almost 20 years commercial and residential property management experience, Faye specialises in both private and public sector property management including facilities management, service charge accounting, short / long term maintenance planning and health and safety / Fire Risk planning.

Mark brings almost 40 years Valuation and Landlord & Tenant experience having qualified in 1980. Previous appointments include positions held at Freshwater Property Management, Watson Temple and Kemsley LLP.

Nigel has been a Fellow of the RICS since 1987 with more than 40 years commercial property experience with previous appointments at nationally known practices such as Savills and DTZ and local practices including PG Ashton & Sons. Nigel has latterly specialised in rent review and lease renewal matters and has served upon the panel of Independent Experts from which the president of the RICS makes appointments.
